Life Path Unlimited – a Top Tier direct sales company functioning in a capacity of providing specialty personal development products.  Is it an opportunity that stands on it’s own?  Or is it a scam all together?  How much does it cost to become involved in at the highest level?  It’s a good idea to ask these questions before you get involved, and in this brief overview, I’m hoping to provide you with excellent, third party information that can help you make an informed decision.

The Life Path Unlimited Story

Life Path Unlimited began in 2006 with a vision to empower entrepreneurs with an opportunity to create wealth and the tools, training, and systems to help them accomplish their vision.  Life path has a goal of acting out of integrity at all times, and throughout all business transactions, and they hope to make a positive impact on the world of personal development, direct sales, and network marketing.

Although technically Life Path Unlimited is a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) company, they are better classified as a Top Tier direct sales opportunity, as a majority of the commissions earned are from personal, not organizational sales.  Approximately 58% of the sales revenue is paid as an up front commission to the referring distributor, which means that you have an opportunity to earn income extremely quickly.  An example would be if you sold one package of the ‘Discovery Series’ you would earn $1,000 in up front commissions, which is just over 58% of the initial sale.

How much does it cost to be involved in Life Path Unlimited?

Please note that some of these expenses are one time, and some of them are potentially recurring, either annually, every six months, or monthly.  Also note that while you don’t have to purchase all of these products at once, if you are serious about building any kind of Top Tier business or MLM, it is highly encouraged that you get started at the highest entry point you can, because if you do anything else, you’ll be hurting your business posture and your ability to earn money fast.

The Awakening DVD:  $29.95
The Discovery Series:  $1,695
The Breakthrough Event:  $8,995
The Destiny Event:  $14,995
Synergy Training Conference:  $144
LPU Membership (six months):  $97

How much money can you earn with Life Path Unlimited?

Life Path Unlimited doesn’t limit your potential with a commission cap, however your ability to earn is limited to the confines of their compensation plan, which is based on four levels of direct sales.  The attraction behind Life Path Unlimited is that you can earn up front commissions quickly, and that allows a distributor to potentially earn six figures a year in a very short period of time, unlike traditional MLM where it can take significant time, money, and energy to break past the five figure month.

Is Life Path Unlimited A Scam?

Life Path Unlimited falls within the FTC regulations for being a legitimate home based business opportunity, and cannot in any way be classified as a scam.  It is fully legal, and is a simple business model to understand.  In fact, it only took me 25 minutes of research to compile all the information I need to write this entire article, and I got all of this information off of the Life Path Unlimited website.  They are an open book to anyone who wants to look at, which I appreciate, because often in researching business opportunities I have to look up information for several hours to even understand what they’re really doing.

Should you join Life Path Unlimited?

That depends on your goals.  Personally, I don’t like Top Tier companies most of the time.  It’s not because they’re not good financial opportunities.  Quite the contrary is true.  You can make a lot of money FAST by applying yourself in Life Path Unlimited.

However, the very first question I ask myself when evaluating an opportunity is if I would be interested in purchasing the product involved even if I wasn’t going to join the business.  The problem with Life Path from my perspective is that there is absolutely no way I would spend that kind of money on what they’re providing.  Now don’t get me wrong, I spend more than $20,000 a year on personal development anyways – without being involved in a Top Tier company.

However, would I rather attend a Life Path Unlimited conference for $14,995, or go to a conference with Tony Robbins?  Or maybe I could spend that money on internet marketing courses to market my actual business.  I could attend most Tony Robbins events for $500 or less.  If I am really desperate, I can go to an Amway convention for $200, which believe it or not rivals the best personal development seminars around.  (No, I’m not in Amway, either).

Simply put, I can buy similar quality training programs from other sources at a fraction of the cost, meaning for the same self development budget I can get ten times the training.  So I kind of see these kind of programs as a glorified excuse to ‘pass money around’.

Don’t get me wrong – the programs will absolutely change your life, and Life Path Unlimited can help you make money – I would just rather have a product that had real tangible value, even if a business opportunity wasn’t attached to it, even if it means I don’t earn $1,000 up front commissions.

I do believe that the LPU products provide value, it’s just that since I wouldn’t pay for it myself (as I would rather pay for competing products) I couldn’t justify getting involved with it just to make a buck.

However, do you feel different?  If you really believe in Life Path Unlimited, I would encourage you to keep marketing their personal development products, because that says that you feel that the products do have significant value that justifies the cost.

Want to prove me wrong?  Go ahead and send LPU success stories to me.  My email is dave@workwithdavidwood.com.  No, I’m not interested in how much money you made.  I’m interested in what the product did for you, how it happened, and why that couldn’t have happened in any other way.  If I hear enough positive stories THAT ARE TRUE, I will change the last part of this review and encourage those researching LPU to get involved.  Sound fair?

However, if you are involved with Life Path Unlimited, I can show you how to sponsor 20 people per month into your company through applying simple internet marketing tactics that anyone can do.  Simply fill in your name, email, and phone number into the form below and I’ll explain how I generate 100 leads per day and experience ZERO rejection, ever, while sponsoring 30-50 people per month.
